Leona is my mom, and when I told her about your work, she said that she had a recipe that she just made and that it always turned out great.
A little background... Ida, the woman named in the recipe was a nanny for my family when I was a kid. She was a Seventh Day Adventist and always cooked healthy food for us. Ida suffered from anosmia, (no sense of smell). Her usual lunch was peanut butter and crackers. Ida lived to age 104.
